ADULT AERIAL (Improvers)

Super friendly, fun, and welcoming adult aerial classes. If you’re comfortable with the basics - climbing the rope or silks, inverting under the trapeze, and getting into sitting and standing with a few moves under your belt - this class is for you. We’ll build on those foundations with locks, drops, poses, and even some doubles work - always at your own pace, in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. ✨ No courses, no commitment — come whenever it suits you. Want a longer training session? You’re welcome to join the Beginners Class first for 2.5 hours of aerial in total. (In Beginners you’ll be going over the basics alongside new learners, which makes a brilliant warm-up for the Improvers session.) Book both classes together for just £20 instead of £24.
